1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 1-2 days of your order, and will be delivered to your doorstep in 48 hours. Each product at Petzenya has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

2. What's your return policy?

If you change your mind about your order, you may return any item(s) to us, unused and in the condition that they were received in, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. The cost of delivery is non-refundable. Please return to the below address:

All return postage costs are paid for by the customer, unless the item is seen to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you believe your item(s) to be faulty or damaged, please contact us first. 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if the order hasn't been despatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll exchange it for you.
